Privacy and account information
Product costs and piece-rate pay
The product cost shown on each task is deducted from your wallet when you order. Before you confirm, review the item cost, quantity, total due, task pay, and your VIP commission percentage. After you finish the work and the merchant confirms your buyback request, the product cost and VIP commission are both credited to your wallet. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the team. The site does not connect to a bank or third-party payment gateway; wallet adjustments and payouts are recorded by the platform team.
Order and delivery information
Orders do not require a mailing address. If you choose to save delivery details in your account, those details are available to the account owner and authorized administrators. You do not need to ship the completed work back. Order status and buyback updates are recorded in your order history.
Buyback and account records
Each buyback request and merchant confirmation is recorded in the order history. Wallet payments, returned product costs, VIP commission credits, and withdrawal status are recorded in the account history.
Account security
Customers register with an email address and password. Passwords are stored as salted, one-way hashes and are not displayed to administrators. Keep your password private and contact support if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Before public launch, add the operating entity, support contact, data-retention period, buyback terms, and any notices required by applicable law.
